This sets out what we collect when you visit redhavenproperties.com or buy Everyday Cinema, what we do with it, and how to make us stop.
1. What we collect
- Order details. Name, email and country, given at checkout. Card numbers go directly to the payment processor — we neither receive nor store them.
- Course account. The email you log in with and how far through the fourteen days you are.
- Visit data. Pages opened, where you arrived from, rough location from your IP, and the device and browser you used.
- Anything you send in. Support messages, plus the clips you upload for feedback if your plan includes reviews.
2. Why we collect it
- To give you the course you paid for
- To answer support messages and process refunds
- To tell which advertising works, so we're not spending blind
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires
3. The legal footing
We are a Florida company selling worldwide. Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR or a comparable law reaches you, the grounds we rely on are performance of a contract to hand over what you bought, legitimate interest to keep the site secure and count visits, consent for advertising cookies and marketing mail, and legal obligation for the tax paperwork.
4. Who else sees it
Only the services it takes to run this:
- Our payment processor — taking payment, issuing refunds
- Our course platform — where the lessons and your login live
- Our email provider — delivering access and support replies
- Our hosting and measurement providers — serving the site, counting visits
We do not sell personal data, and we never will.
5. Cookies
The cookies that make the site work are always on. Measurement and advertising cookies only run where you've agreed to them. Refusing the optional ones costs you nothing you paid for, and your browser can clear the lot at any time.
6. How long any of it stays
Account data lives as long as your access does. Transaction records stay as long as tax law demands. Support email keeps for up to two years. Anything not legally required can go sooner, if you ask for it.
7. What you can ask of us
Ask and we will show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable file, or drop you from marketing. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days. Residents of California, and of other states with similar laws, have these same rights and will not be treated differently for using them.
8. Security
Everything is served over HTTPS and payment data is handled end to end by the processor, under the PCI-DSS standard. No system is flawless, so we keep as little as we can get away with — starting with never keeping a card number.
9. Children
This is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly gather their data.
10. Changes
When this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top moves and account holders get an email about anything significant.
