Terms of Service
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Buying or using Everyday Cinema means agreeing to what follows. It is written in plain language deliberately.
1. What you're buying
A licence to use an online course for your own learning. The content itself is not what changes hands, and the licence covers exactly one person: you.
2. What you can't do with it
- Hand round your login, or resell, rent out or pass on the material
- Post the lessons anywhere at all, in public or in private
- Repackage what's here as a course or coaching offer of your own
Any of those ends your access, without a refund.
3. What you can do with it
Everything you film and edit during the course belongs to you. Use it commercially, put it in a portfolio, sell it to a client — no credit required and no share of the money.
4. Access
"Yours for good" lasts as long as the course does, under us. Were we ever to close it, you would get ninety days' warning at minimum, and the means to download everything before it goes.
5. No promises about money
This is a craft course. There is no promise, forecast or guarantee attached to it about money. Any result ever shown here belongs to the person who got it and should not be read as usual or expected. Earnings follow your own work, your own market and plenty that nobody controls.
6. Other companies' tools
The lessons name apps and equipment built by other companies. Those are outside our control, they can change or disappear, and what they do is not on us. Where a link pays us a commission, your price is unaffected.
7. Liability
The course is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at what you paid us. Nothing here removes liability that can't legally be removed.
8. Refunds
Covered in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Anything material gets emailed to account holders, and carrying on with the course afterwards means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Duval County, Florida. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away rights your local law gives you.
