Thirty days, no interview

If Everyday Cinema fails to do what this page promised, the money comes back. You get thirty days from the day you paid, and you owe nobody an explanation.

Asking for one

Send a line to [email protected] from the address on the order, with "Refund" in the subject. That is the entire procedure. No retention script, nobody trying to talk you round.

How long it takes

Approvals go out inside two business days. After that the funds travel back to whatever you paid with, which your bank will typically take another five to ten business days to post. Course access closes when the refund is issued.

The honest limits

• The thirty days run from the purchase date, not from the day you start.
• One refund per person. We're glad to give your money back; we're not a lending library.
• Where a plan came with private sessions that have already happened, that portion is deducted and everything else is returned as normal.
• Downloadable material isn't for redistribution. Asking for a refund after posting the course publicly voids it.

Before you call the bank

Write to us before you open a dispute with your bank. A refund reaches you sooner than a chargeback would, and there is no version of this where you have to fight for one. The charge appears as REDHAVEN PROPERTIES — if that unfamiliar line is what brought you here, it was us.
